Our Team Profile
Our team consists of: Scott McInness, Licensed Real
Estate and Strata Agent. Scott has over Nineteen (19)
years experience and has been with the company since 1991. Scott has
been Company Manager and Licensee in Charge since 2001. He is committed
to the continued development of services offered to clients and
delivering a high level of performance to all clients. Scott continues
to manage his own portfolio of Strata Plans. He aims to continue the
growth of the company, without losing the old fashion values, in
particular treating our clients personally and that they are not a just
a number/levy payment. Scott is also looking to further the services
that the Company can provide. Scott’s actions show his belief in our
company’s statement in being big enough to serve but small enough to
care.
Alfina Braiding, Licensed Real Estate and Strata Agent.
Alfina joined the company in 1996 and has over Fourteen (14) years
experience in all areas of Strata Management, she is a Senior Strata
Manager and heads the Rental Department. Alfina services and assist’s
her client’s in a personable yet efficient manner and her dedication,
professionalism is an asset to both the company and our clients. This
has shown in the number of personal referrals over the years. Over the
years she has assisted buildings with various large
building/rectification works and though detailed legal matters.
Joseph Cagliata, Certified Strata Manager. Joe
previously worked with us some years ago and returned to our company in
mid 2007. He has worked as a Building Surveyor and Town Planner. This
work has included dealing with various building works/projects, notices
& applications to and from Strata Plans. With Joe’s enthusiasm to his
role and having both Strata & Building experience has been a great asset
to the Company and the Strata Plan’s under his management. Over the
years Joe has assisted buildings with various large
building/rectification works and Council orders, where his experience
and knowledge proved to be a great benefit.
Chris Haldezos, Certified Strata Manager. Chris has
recently moved back to Sydney from Queensland and has over thirteen (13)
years of experience within the building management industry. Chris start
in small buildings and work his way up to managing large 5 star
properties. His experience within the management industry includes, the
management of Community / Strata Plans, daily monitoring of all
facilities including lifts, water towers and recreational facilities,
building and facility upgrades. Chris prides himself on providing
effective & friendly communication with his clients to achieve positive
results.
Jessica Benedet, Accounts & Administration.
Jessica joined our Company in mid 2004 as Receptionist. Jessica comes
from a services industry background and has obtained a vast range of
skills relating to customer services. Jessica’s willingness to learn has
seen her expand her role to job share the position of Head of Accounts
and Administration with Lauren. Over the years Jessica has had
involvement in management and is a great help to the strata managers
Lauren Tyrrell ( Phillips ), Accounts & Administration.
Lauren joined the company in early 2002 as our receptionist and her
willingness to learn and hard work now sees her as Head of Accounts and
Administration. Lauren’s organisational skills also enable her to assist
the Strata Managers which adds to our services provided. Like Jessica ,
Over the years Lauren has been involvement in management and is a great
help to the strata managers.
Jesica Cauchi, Reception. Jessica joined our company
in mid 2010. Previously Jessica worked as a Risk Management Specialist
for 18 months with Tradesmonitor. She brings enthusiasm to her new role
and is eager to further her knowledge of the strata industry. Jessica’s
pleasant manner and her continued willingness to learn and grow within
the company is a great asset to the Company and our clients.
Robert (Bob) Wedd, Founder of the Company.
Robert has over 43 years of experience and his qualifications cover all
areas of Real Estate and Strata Management.
