Scott McInness, Licensed Real Estate and Strata Agent, Director.
Scott has over Thirty years experience and has been with the company since 1991. Scott
has been Company Manager and Licensee in Charge since 2001. He has been a Director since 2006
and is committed to the continued development of services offered to clients and delivering a high level
of performance to all clients. Scott continues to manage his own small portfolio of Strata Plans. While
aiming to continue the growth of the company, he remains focused on maintaining the old fashion
values, in particular treating our clients personally and with the highest standard of professionalism.
Scott is always looking to further the services that the Company can offer to clients. While at all times
striving to uphold the company’s statement being ‘Big enough to serve but Small enough to Care’.
Joseph Cagliata, Licensed Strata Agent, Director.
Joe previously worked with us some years ago and returned to our company in mid 2007. He has
worked as a Building Surveyor and Town Planner. This work has included dealing with various building
works/projects, notices & applications to and from Strata Plans. Joes enthusiasm to his role alongside
his Strata & Building experience, has been a great asset to the Company and the Strata Plans under
his management. Over the years Joe has assisted buildings with large building/rectification works and
Council orders where his experience and knowledge proved to be a great benefit. With Scott, he is also
looking to further the services that the Company can provide, further the Company’s development and
growth.
Alfina Braiding, Licensed Real Estate and Strata Agent.
Alfina joined the company in 1996 and has over Twenty Five years experience in all areas of Strata
Management. She is a Senior Strata Manager and heads the Rental Department. Alfina services and
assists her client’s in a personable yet efficient manner and her dedication, professionalism is an asset
to both the company and our clients. This is shown in the number of personal referrals she has received
over the years. She has assisted buildings with large building/rectification works and through detailed
legal matters. Alfina continues to receive referrals from clients, which is a credit to her. We feel lucky to
have her as part of our team at C F Strata.
Chris Haldezos, Certified Strata Manager.
Chris
brings to the company over Fifteen years of experience within the
building management industry. Chris started in small style buildings and
worked his way up to managing large 5 star properties. His experience
within the management industry includes, the management of Community /
Strata Plans, daily monitoring of all facilities including lifts, water
towers and recreational facilities, building and facility upgrades.
Chris prides himself on providing effective & friendly communication
with his clients to achieve positive results. Since joining C F strata
in late 2010 Chris has grown his portfolio and proven to be a great
asset to the plans under his management.
Taylah Reeves Licensed strata Agent. Senior Strata Manager.
Taylah Reeves is a Class 2 licensed Senior Strata Manager, who has worked in the property industry for over 7 Years. Taylah brings with her a broad experience across a wide range of schemes and property types. Taylah has over 5 years of direct strata management behind and also just over 2 years of experience in the building industry. Taylah is very understanding of client’s needs and takes pride in her ability to build a professional yet personal relationship with her clients. Taylah is able to provide clients with considered and relevant information as may be required in relation to strata management. With her positive personality and detailed knowledge we are sure that Taylah will be a great asset to our clients
Vito Tomasello, Licensed Strata Agent.
Vito joined CF Strata Management in June 2022. He has over 3 years experience as a Strata Manager,
having completed his Certificate IV in Strata Community Management as well as keeping up to date with
his Strata Manager license by completing compulsory and elective CPD qualifications. Prior to moving to
Strata Management, he was National IT Manager for two large construction companies, so has a
knowledge of construction and building along with building relationships with owners, contractors, and
staff. Vito prides himself with responding to client’s requests promptly. This along with his experience
with managing teams, projects and contractors will help deliver the service levels which CF Strata
Management are well known for. With Vito’s positive attitude and management experience, he will
provide guidance to the owners corporations in effectively managing their assets.
Vanessa Sofian, Certified Strata Manager,
Vanessa has recently joined the team at C.F Strata Management. Vanessa has worked in property
management and sales industry for just over 3 years. She also has extensive managerial experience, as
she was a Restaurant Manager before stepping into Real Estate industry. Vanessa started her career in
Strata Management industry as an Assistant Strata Manager for 2 years and then she progressed into a
Strata Manager role. Before joining the team at C F Strata Management, she was successfully
managing her own portfolio of over 1000 lots. She has extensive knowledge and ability to deal with all
aspects of Strata Management, as well as other areas within the strata industry. Vanessa prides herself
with her ability and attention to detail, being a multitasker and able to work in a fast paced environment.
We believe she will be an asset to the C F Strata Team.
Chloe Stedman,Insurance Manager & Administration.
Chloe joined our company in January 2017 in a newly created position of Compliance Manager. With a
background in administration and property, including Property Management and Sales Administration.
Chloe has a strong work ethic and sheer determination to learn and succeed; she is a team player and
provides great customer service to all clientele. Having previously worked in Real Estate and
Administration for a Property Group, she will has joined our administration team focusing on compliance
management for our strata plan’s. This new position, we believe will be and has in fact been of great
help to our strata mangers and in turn our clients.
Brent Taylor , Compliance Manager.
Brent brings five years of experience as a strata manager to CF Strata, having managed numerous strata schemes with both commercial and residential lots. Brent is currently working in the compliance/administration area and with the aforementioned experience, Brent is easily able to handle all aspects of fire safety, lift and pool compliance. He is also able to assist with insurance as maybe required. Brent is able to easily build rapport with contractors and committee members alike and this has resulted in some very good working relationships that have been a benefit to the clients and steadily built the professional reputation of CF Strata.
Paula Andrade, Administration & Assistant to Strata Managers.
Paula joined our Company in early 2014 in the capacity of Administration & Accounts. Paula brings to
our Company 6 years of strata management experience managing a portfolio of strata plans as well as
office management and administration. Paula’s strong work ethic and enthusiasm ensures a superior
level of service internally & for our clients. She offers great assistance to our Strata Managers and
Admin Dept as needed and has proven to be an integral part of our team.
Michelle Murphy, Administration & Assistant to Strata Managers.
Michelle joined us here at C. F. Strata Management in 2015 and brings with her over 6 years’ experience as a property manager and 12 years’ experience in the building industry in administration. Michelle knows the importance of customer service and her drive is to deliver a high level of customer service at all times. With her knowledge she often provides valuable assistance to clients. Michelle has proven to be an asset to all staff and our clients.
Silvia Gomes, Accounts
Silvia joined our company in early 2016 with 14 years experience in the Strata Management industry in
various roles including Accounts Payable/Receivable, reception, and personal assistant to Strata
Manager. She has transitioned well into her Administration & Accounts role with eye for detail. She is
enthusiastic and friendly approach to both clients and team members is an asset to our company.
Silvia’s attention to detail has proven to be a benefit to all.
Melissa Heffernan, Front Desk & Reception
Melissa joined our team in 2023 coming from a background of administration & client services. Melissa is well aware the importance of client services and clear communication. Although being new to the property industry, Melissa will use her extensive experience in administration in her new role and will be working with our admin team.
